At arrival, I waited at an empty counter for 15 minutes. After calling out for assistance, the attendant peeked her head out of from around the office wall and seemed inconvenienced to check me in.
The room was clean and well organized. The fridge worked very well in keeping our water and soda cold. However, that’s the extent of positives we experienced during our stay. We were given only 1 night of towels for 1 person despite having 2 people for 2 nights. We had to rely on pool towels to supplement our stay into night 2.
The breakfast was gross. Cold food, biscuit rocks with flour water. Boiled eggs were borderline slimy from the fridge. The orange juice from the machine dispenser was warm. I couldn’t finish it from fear of food borne illness. Thankfully, there was a Dennys next door.
The pool was cold with inflatables left by other guests. But the hot tub was colder and didn’t work. All the smoking guests stayed around the main door entrance and we had to walk through clouds of smoke when we entered/left the hotel.
If you’re looking for a bed and pillow for a night in the middle of a trip, this place will do. Just eat somewhere else. If you’re looking to stay longer than a night, you’re better off finding a better hotel.
