A gem of a place to stay. We stayed in the suite for a week and it was very comfortable complete with a Smart TV. All the staff were very friendly and would do all they could to make your stay comfortable. The food in the restaurant was really good and had a great atmosphere.Special shout out to Ann and Claire for all their help.

The room wasnt clean, ended up checking out the same day due to the conditions. Shower wasn't running properly, there was rust on windows and radiators. Marks on carpets. Did eat downstairs at the pub. Ella foster was the one great thing about the experience, super friendly and helpful.

Nice room, poor quality shower & no hot water.

One night stay, lovely room ruined by Poundland shower fittings. No surprise there was no hot water for a shower in the morning, another guest had the same issue. Staff had checked the boiler which was working but offered little by way of apology.

Visit the Inlaw.

Great hotel. Food was very nice. The only let down was no toilet paper, carpet needed a good hoover by the door. But other than that the room was spacious and modern and beds were comfy. Had the best sleep on any pull out bed. As daughter always gets the king with her mother. Food was great. Breakfast was good and the staff were great even though they had to many parties at the same time amd the ice machine broke with no cocktails but the heat was ridiculous so you cant blame them. Would definitely stay again.

Nice stay

We stayed here for 3 nights. Our first room was very warm and we could leave the window open due to being on the road side. We were moved into a different room for the following nights. The curtains/blinds in neither room fitted well and could do with replacing or a good clean. Staff were really accommodating. We only had breakfast which was excellent. The outdoor area could do with a clean up. Car park was good plenty of spaces

Fantastic hospitality.

What a fantastic find. The Staff were unbelievabley friendly and so so helpful. Clare ,Emma and the young bar tender (didn’t get his name) went above and beyond,couldn’t fault the hospitality,it was fantastic. Probably one of the best stays with staff so friendly I’ve ever had. Ten out of ten.
