Great location for a quick flying visit

Excellent location, right beside restaurants and bars on nearby bolt street Done the job. Ww were just over for a Liverpool game so ok for a flying visit. Building could do with a refurb but the room was clean. Bed mattress was uncomfortable -that was the only negative. Receptionist was friendly and upgraded our room to one with a window.

The room was nothing like the photos, it was very small. One person had to sit on the bed while the other got ready. I did phone to ask about bag drop off but when we got there it was just a cupboard with no lock and bags were not tagged. Light in room kepted flashing which we reported to front desk just after checking in but nothing was done about it, very annoying.Also loud drilling noise coming from AC every so often which woke you up. On the good side bathroom quite big and the whole place was clean. Good amenities in the room.

Dated and small but great location and staff.

The room was as advertised no windows and on the ground floor, a bit smaller than expected but the bathroom was large. The room on arrival didnโ€™t have any towels or anything but the man at reception (I arrived quite late) was very helpful and very nice. There was a strange smell in the room and it did feel quite stuffy but I slept very well and itโ€™s in an ideal location.
