We asked if we could check in early because we couldn’t make up another plan and the lady was able to do that without additional fee and quickly, we appreciate it a lot. Definitely not what we saw online… tub wouldn’t drain, phone didn’t work and ac didn’t get cold. When the ac would turn off and on it squealed. We told the front desk and they moved us across the hall at about 930p. The next room was very similar layout. The smoke alarm went off twice(we don’t smoke) for zero reason. Overall not what I expected for $140/night. More like $90 max.
