The floors were dirty in the room. Felt like they had not been cleaned in awhile. Bathroom had no toilet paper and we had to go down to get it because they were so understaffed. Bathtub grimy as well. People obviously smoking weed in the rooms but again, no staff to stop it. Elevator floors gross!! And you have to drive quite a waya to find food bfast is an upcharge. This place was not worth $220 a night!

Adequate highway hotel

This is an adequate highway hotel for an overnight stay. Best feature was nearby open field for walking our dog. Coffee availability was limited, room conditions were OK but minimal, overall it met the basic needs for a stay in transit, easy access to I95, nearby grocery and stores.

Nice hotel , restaurant could use some help.

We stopped here on our way home from Florida. Easy check in, dog friendly, nice property. Rooms are nice, looks recently updated. The restaurant was not prepared for the amount of people who came in for dinner. I tried to call for room service, no answer, went down and placed the order in person to go, waited close to an hour for a Caesar salad, a flat bread, chicken fingers and cheesecake. I felt bad for the server, she was the only one on. When I finally got my order and got back to my room we realized they forgot the cheesecake. After 5 or 6 calls with no answer, I called the front desk 3 times and finally cheesecake bites (not what was ordered) showed up. Frustrating to say the least. We have stayed here before, and will return, but will most likely order something to be delivered.

This is a clean modern and easily accessible hotel. I plan to return as often as possible.. Our room keys did not work on checking in and it was difficult having them reconfigured..Each attempt resulted in another trip down to the front desk…. And I am handicapped ….finally after 3 trips down to the desk…a man came and took our keys to be reconfigured but we had to make ANOTHER trip to the desk to retreive…the man did not bring the keys back to us or notify us they had been done…..poor communication all around
