The property was dirty and run down, and if I wasn’t with my husband, I would have not felt safe at all. I would not suggest this hotel for anyone.

First room had a broken a/c and no towels. Second room had a very dirty tub, a broken toilet seat, and a fridge that badly needed defrosting. We took the third room because we were tired of relocating all our bags BUT the tub was only semi cleaner, the fridge still needed defrosting, it was not clean and the blanket on our bed was covered in hairs - I would not stay here again.

I checked in approx 330 on May 31st 2025. To put this Short, Save your Money, my room was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Used Qtips on the Floor, Dirt in front of and behind the night stands. The inside of the Entry Door was Discusting. My son also had a room that was the same way, except, his Microvave still had FOOD in it. They moved him, and that room was Also FILTHTHY.

BEDBUG INFESTATION! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The cleanliness and maintenance of this hotel is very deceiving. So many issues at this hotel!! After checking in late Friday around midnight we woke up to find the hot water no longer worked and were moved to another room which had BEDBUGS! As the staff came to observe one of the Maintenance workers made a call on his cellphone (I assume to the manager who hadn’t come down from his live in room yet) and loudly stated “YEP WE GOT EM IN ROOM 129 TOO!” You DO NOT want to stay here!! This hotel should be closed down - and after filing my report with the county’s health department I learned they’d received 3 other complaints from different room with BEDBUGS!! This place knowingly rented out room with an obvious infestation and proceeded to check families in AFTER discovering them in our room as we watched new check ins walk by our room! Had I not announced this to those newly arrived check ins they too may have had the same disgusting experience! Management has clearly changed in recent years and this place is a complete health hazard! There aren’t enough characters allowed for me to go into all the other details. Simply put shut this place DOWN!!
