A lovely hotel in a central area. The rooms are a bit quirky but also quite small. We were going to stay another night but decided to change hotels as my husband is a bit claustrophobic. Otherwise it was very nice. Would stay on my own.

Great place to stay which is walkable distance to the city centre. We really liked it althought never got our wecome drink (?) , the minibar (coke & juice) was free. The place is quite expensive but so are most places to stay in Losbon and in walkable distance from thr city centre (~25min). The area doesnt really offer much we didnt think much of it. Hotel and room very unusual design which we really liked. On the minus side the toilet was very very smelly like a sewage which we reported upon checkout. Also the window in the room can be open but was not secured properly. Overall the property was good, in need of a little bit of love and care with bits to fix but nice people at reception ans unusual design.

Great City Break

It took a while to get used to the bathroom in the room but ultimately that wasn't a problem. The shower was wonderful. The housekeeping was 2nd to none. Really good and we travel a lot. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee shop downstairs was ideal with a great breakfast. My only critique would be in sockets for recharging. I brought a double adaptor so it was fine but if i hadnt it would have been a problem as my single adaptor just fell out next to the bed. Also we were a bit concerned by how close it was to the basin. Small quibble though. The location near the metro was what made it for us. Perfect for our trip Compliments to all the staff.

We loved our time in Lisbon and the hotel was a convenient, comfortable place to stay. The free breakfast was fabulous. The hotel didnt have any particularly breathtaking qualities but the location and staff were perfect. The toilet seat had a large crack in it, the wardrobes were in the bathroom, the bed looked like it belonged in Amsterdam, the staff wore pyjamas and the bar closed before 10pm leaving us unable to get a beer to enjoy on the roof terrace when we returned home in the evening ... yet somehow it worked and I'm really glad we stayed here.

Perfect for exploring Lisbon

Great hotel, clean, comfortable and modern. Was in a great location, very close to the metro and tram stations- everything we needed for our three day trip to Lisbon. The staff were very helpful and friendly- wpuld highly recommend.

The staff at this property were amazing. They even got the cleaning lady to clean the mold that was in my room on the wall next to my bed which bothered me very much but they took care of it. Most people might not noticed it cause it was towards the top part of the wall.

We did not have great experience at this hotel honestly I don’t know how they are 4 starts. They should have 2-3 starts hotel. The hotel itself was clean but the location was bad and not clean. And so many homeless around there. Noisy with ambulans and constructions. First they canceled our reservations due to not having room and transfer us to a different hotel but when we asked we don’t want to go and refund us, they refused to give us a refund and they told us we need to pick WC hotel or another hotel that they transfer us. The room was really really small that you can’t even move there. That room was good for one single person not for a couple. You could hear the footsteps of person above you and was hard to sleep. We didn’t have good experience and I don’t recommend to anyone who is traveling to Portugal.

What a fabulous hotel. Quirk but classy. Beautifully styled. Everything you need with style too. The breakfast was amazing so much choice. The food was beautiful. The surroundings are gorgeous. Plenty outside the hotel and a half hour walk to the seafront. Really handy. Metro stop Intendente right outside. Easy from the airport with one change. Staff are so friendly. Lovely stay will definitely be back.
