This 65 sqm / 700 sq ft luxury residence in São Bento is offered exclusively and professionally managed. Every element, from furniture to finishes, is new following a full refurbishment in 2026.

Large windows in the living and dining area, as well as both bedrooms, provide views of Tram 28 passing through São Bento, a distinctive Lisbon experience rarely available from within a private residence.

The layout balances open living with functional separation, ensuring comfort for both leisure and remote work.

The open-plan living and dining area is complemented by a dedicated work desk nook, discreetly positioned for focused remote work. High-speed Wi-Fi and integrated USB charging points support modern, work-friendly stays.



Kitchen & Bathroom

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for both short and extended stays and features a Smeg fridge/freezer alongside quality appliances and cookware.

The contemporary bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and essential toiletries, with hotel-grade linen provided throughout the residence.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home.

Check-in is smooth and well-organised, with clear instructions provided ahead of arrival. Depending on the property, access may be via a secure self check-in system or a personal welcome by our local team.

In line with Portuguese regulations, we are required to collect guest identification details or a signed rental agreement prior to arrival. This is a standard and secure process and helps ensure a seamless check-in experience.
