Old building in old shape. Rooms are VERY small, bathrooms also small and uncomfortable. Old furniture but servicable. Breakfast is poor. Planes fly low and regularly, and any noise able a low talking voice can be heard thru walls. The best things about this hotel are the location and the staff who are truly great!

Bring a sleeping bag

It was very basic and dated. The staff were lovely however I had to go looking for any pillows and couldn’t find a duvet or sheets. Ended up having to get a sleeping bag liner from decathlon because I wasn’t sure if the sheets had been washed (marks on mattress sheet)

I wanted to complain about *Residencial Horizonta * that we stayed from June 3 to 11 in Portugal Lisbon. The room was dirty. There are bed bugs, we all got bites on body. I complained to the front desk, but not getting any help. The front desk staff not even write down our complain. He asked us to talk to the manager but didn’t give us the manager contact. We found that it’s no point to get any help from the hotel or argue with the staff. We didn’t want to ruin our vacation, and further damage our body with bug bites. We decided to find another hotel. We didn’t use the room for 3 nights and much appreciate that if Expedia can step in and offer some credit or compensation for future trip.

位置非常好，马路对面就是地铁，去机场和市区景点非常方便，傍边的大公园也是打卡景点，还有个百货公司。唯一就是房间小但是设施全，包早餐，前台工作人员很好，会推荐给朋友。

O quarto era ok, semelhante ao que tinha sido prometido apesar da velhice e falta de modernidade (como o comando da tv e ar condicionado serem na parede e serem velhos), mas a casa de banho era TERRÍVEL. Muito pequeno, eu mal conseguia me mover dentro do chuveiro, o chuveiro também era horrível, era com cortina e a cortina ficava grudando em mim enquanto tomava banho, além de criar uma poça de água no chão e por ser velho. No site mostrava uma casa de banho muito maior e melhor, e na descrição dizia haver banheira (e não tinha). Eu JAMAIS teria reservado se soubesse que seria assim. Façam um favor e construam pelo menos um local de duche melhor. Foi o pior lugar que fiquei em toda a vida. Apesar disso a funcionária da receção era simpática e localização excelente em frente ao metrô.
