Was only there for one day and night after a retreat in the national park. It was the perfect transition to civilization and prep for the plane trip home. Peaceful. Lovely.

Conveniently placed hotel.

Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Cleaning staff friendly, polite and did a good job. Staff at breakfast looked sullen and unhappy. Did not like drinks in coffee machine. I would swap the coffee machine for cafettiere and include decaff coffee even if it’s just sachets plus choice of tea bags and provide hot water.

Visit to Baxia hotel

Great location. Helpful staff at reception. However food service was extremely poor. Very slow and I had to ask twice where food was. Plus shuttle service booked for 10.20am didnt turn up till 11am, after further calls which was disappointing.

Hotel has a great location and is great for getting to all the tourist attractions. Downside hotel had an issue with the fire alarm that meant first night there it was going off and on between 9-12pm. After being up from 230am to travel we were shattered. To resolve the issue the air con was switched off so woke

Superb location right in the heart of Lisbon. So many dining and shopping options at your doorstep. Staff was very friendly and helpful both at the Front Desk and in the Restaurant.

Service was unfortunately poor when we thought we would get a quick drink at the hotel before going to bed. Took about 15 minutes to get my drink after my partner got hers. Forgotten about me which happens but when he realised I still waited another 10 minutes. Wouldn't normally mention it but didn't seem that busy as bar staff chatting. No hot water one morning (which also happens) so had a cold shower and we weren't told about this (although my partner was told we were). Ok breakfast. Loved Lisbon but unfortunately wouldn't stay there again.

Great location. Lovely staff. Super little hotel!

Smooth checkin. Really friendly receptionists Rodrigo and Stephen - so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good only criticism was the coffee/tea machine did not make water very hot. Brilliant location. Would definitely come back.

Very convenient if you’re going to be out and about all day and only really need to rest and freshen up in between. Room was on the smaller side. Excellent staff service, very helpful. Great location, easy to access all the main tourist points and loads of food options around. Have to say, excellent for shopping if that’s what you like!
