Dom Pedro was amazing

Everything was 5 Star about this stay including service and accommodations. A short drive to the airport and a short taxi ride to cuidad centro so it’s easy to experience the city but a comfortable distance to enjoy a quiet stay and have easy access to parking. The city views from the rooms are incredible.

The hotel is run like a five star establishment. Robes, slippers and even an umbrella is provided. To top it all off chocolates are dropped off at night reminiscent of a chocolate on your pillow in the old days of luxury cruising. The staff is very helpful and their complimentary breakfast is superb. Loved staying there.

Great facilities. Nice to relax on the spa area. Had a really good deep tissue massage. Ate in the restaurant, that was a lovely experience. A very comfortable hotel. Would like to go back someday.

We arrived a bit early and the receptionist had kept our room ready. We also requested the hotel to store one of our luggage as we are planning to return to the same hotel in two weeks time. Overall, this is the my 3rd visit to Lisbon and each time I have stayed at this hotel.

This property is quite a bit away from the attractions and main parts of Lisbon so you would need to have a car or Bolt to wherever you are going. There is a large shopping center <5 min walk from the hotel which is nice. It seemed to us that this hotel caters more to families and older traveller which is fine but just a note for younger folks if that is something to consider.

This hotel looked decent in the photos and the price was less than other 5 star rate.Our room was just like the condition of the rest of hotel. Carpets old and tired...broken wall fixtures. Restaurant we wanted to go to was closed for private party. Would not return to this hotel.
