We were a very large group and we all had a great experience. The location was fantastic and very close to main areas of Lisbon. The rooms were modern and clean, and the check in process was very easy. The only con was the breakfast which was cold and not worth the 22 euro charge. There are many restaurants in the vicinity.

BessaHotel was incredible from the moment we arrived! Staff were wonderful and always helpful. Our room was a standard but it felt like a suite. The pool area was a nice, quiet space to relax and the hotel bar was very elegant. The hotel is in the perfect location to walk to shopping, dining and sightseeing.

Great property large rooms could not fault. Great location and friendly staff. There was the option to have a drink in the pool area but when we pressed the service buttons a few times and waited no one showed up. I would highly recommend this property.

The staff were amazing ! We got a room earlier than the checkin and this started our trip in a great way. We arrived in the morning after a red eyes flight and being able to rest a little and shower made things easy and peaceful. The room and pool were nice and clean. This was a perfect start to our stay in Portugal.

Conveniently located! Friendly and helpful staff! Delicious breakfast and great gym! The room was spacious and was comfortable for my family! Facilities were clean and neat! My only issue was that the sheets smelled a little like damp clothes. We asked for change of sheets they changed them but the smell was still there. That was the only minir inconvenience we had!

From the minute we walked through the doors of this hotel everything was perfect. Incredible service at reception, breakfast and from our cleaners, super comfortable beds and, of huge importance to us, so quiet - we were aware of other people in the hotel but in the room heard absolutely nothing. The location was perfect, central but not overly busy, and well-connected to the metro. Great air conditioning as well which we needed in 30C+ heat of summer. Would thoroughly recommended and would re-book if back in Lisbon
