Loved my stay here,room was lovely,very clean,all staff lovely,quick check in,had a meal in the bar area,my waiter Couper was very polite and charming,food was superb. Breakfast,I had the continental choice,not much there for me,maybe introduce rolls/other bread? I had yoghurt/ fruit and toast.Not much for the £10 I paid each morning. Overall,beautiful reception area with the xmas decorations display.Caitlyn offered me a take away coffee,so nice of her. I will be back in January ☺️☺️

Always lovely to come back here - annual visitors, however room standards starting to show some wear & tear; shower grout needs attention, bedroom chairs fabric showing age and stains Beautiful toiletries and linens Reception welcome very basic, no explanation of services available, breakfast not offered, check out time not confirmed etc We will come back as we love the hotel, but just not the usual experience on this occasion

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness. We experienced a minor issue during the night, but it was quickly and professionally resolved by the wonderful reception staff the following morning. Their professionalism and courteous manner was truly commendable and a real testament to the hotel.
