I found my stay frustrating. We were woken up at 2300 by staff coming into our room while we slept without knocking. Claimed to be checking the room. Getting woken up is one thing but having them just enter while we slept really scared my partner and I had to yell at them as they entered. Shower had no shampoo or body wash. Neither had been replenished. TV was not tuned to half the channels. Overall just a really sad stay and I would not and cannot recommend.

Room was too warm during the night and the temp couldn't be controlled.Was unhealthily hot. If we had opened the windows there would have been road noise. Had food in the evening. Pizza crust was very hard. I had falafel. There was 6 of them and they were too hard. I persevered but the final one was like a rock. I told a staff member and she apologised and said ahe would tell the chef. Overall, the food was not up to standard and not worth the money.

Room and bathroom are ok. Ypu have ti oay £10 for overnight parking, even though we were in the building about 8 hours as oir flight was at 6am! No mention of any working being carried out at the hotel, but the whole building was covered in scaffolding, disabled bays taken up by machinery and no pavement to get from car to the entrance. Not disabled friendly. Staff have a lot to work on. Would rather chat to each other than pay attention to guests. When asked where the lift was, they pointed and waved in a direction. When we left at 4am we asked to check out and rather then take 2 steps towards us they just pointed at a box to put the key in!

It’s an airport hotel, made for one night stays basically. Don’t expect too much but it is clean, safe, quiet and the staff is friendly. For what it is, I’d rather stay here before catching my flight than to spend triple the amount on the hotels across the road

The single bed may feel small for some larger people, or those that are used to a double bed. Comfortable enough for me though. Room was spotless, very comfortable and the shower was probably the best I've had in a hotel. I had to leave early, so didn't experience breakfast, but will try on my return journey.
