In the heart of Berry, nestled in the Brenne Regional Natural Park, near La Gabrière, this charming holiday home awaits you in a peaceful hamlet. It has a fully enclosed private garden and a sheltered jacuzzi (4 places), accessible from April to October.

You will stay near the owners' farm, which specializes in breeding Charolais cattle, and just a few minutes from numerous picturesque ponds. On the ground floor, you will find: a welcoming entrance, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bright living room, as well as a separate toilet.

Upstairs, three bedrooms under the attic await you: two bedrooms with a double bed and a third bedroom with a single bed convertible into a double bed. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

Take advantage of the private parking and the private terrace for your moments of relaxation. The garden also has a pétanque court for convivial moments.

La propreté du logement est très douteuse. La literie n'est pas propre. Un lit est de mauvaise qualité et le sommier grince. L'annonce décrit 2 WC alors qu'un seul est en fonction ce qui est insuffisant pour 7 personnes accueillies. A l'arrivée, le propriétaire ne fournit aucune information sur la possibilité de découverte de l'élevage de charolaises, ni sur l'étang privatif.
