Property is across the street from state park boat launch and very closed to Espyville marina that offers boat rental. Causeway can be seen from house which can take you to Andover Ohio where there is a public beach. House is close to all local restaurants. Spacious fenced in back yard with firepit and picnic table for your family and pets to enjoy. Cornhole set available at your request (included with your rental) House comfortably sleeps 6 people. Central air and dehumidifier in the house. WIFI with DIRECT TV streaming, DVD player with an assortment of movies and games available for family fun. 2 bicycles and 2 kayaks available for an additional fee. Private parking in driveway available for your vehicles or boat. Have the best of both worlds!
