"The room provided bore no resemblance to what the property advertised. The hotel refused to take any responsibility and it was left to hotels.com to offer a partial refund. Hotels.com were excellent (as always) but avoid this overpriced and misleading property."

"Front desk and good service staff were excellent. Professional, friendly and taking care of large numbers of guests quickly. Location is in an industrial area but close to the highway with easy access. Room was impressively sound-proofed."

"This little hotel is right where one wants to be in Lindau-Insel. Not on the waterfront, but in the pedestrian zone and just a few minutes walk from everything. There is a lift and the breakfasts are excellent. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Just loved staying here."
