The staff were so Happy and seek to really enjoy their job. Loved the chickens!! The breakfast was very hot, service area exceptionally clean and the ‘grab a healthy snack sack to go’ was an awesome extra treat.

Cockadoodle do hotel

Decent hotel but the town has a rooster problem and you will be awoken at 4:30-5am with non stop rooster crowing outside your window. The hotel even offers free ear plugs. Shower wouldn’t get hot, luke warm barely.

The room was very large with was nice. Unfortunately, the doors made a lot of noise when they closed. People above us woke up with stomping on the floor. The Wifi was not up to what we have experienced before. We've never had to download an app to get wifi and our amazon stick with all out programs always worked, but it didn't here. When technology improving everyday, even airplanes are sometimes asking us to bring out own tablet to watch tv. On the other hand, the staff did come up to help me get wifi on my tablet. The tv couldn't do the same thing so I used the hot spot on my phone to watch my shows via the amazon stick. I shouldn't have to do that, though.

Things to think about

Our bedding, towels and overall surfaces were clean but upon entry it smelled strongly of dog oversprayed with febreeze. When we asked the front desk they said dogs are allowed and there are no specific rooms designated for dogs. In other words all rooms are dog rooms. Ew. What about people who are allergic and sensitive to dander or odors? And every morning around 2 am we were woke by dozens of roosters crowing. Not a fan!
