You will not see or hear the busy/noisy road traffic on Rt 112 ( Main St.). Relax on the deck after a long hike and enjoy mountain views. Our condo is located in the newest building at the Nordic Inn.

Upon reserving my condo, you will be provided with detailed instructions with photos of the lockbox and door lock along with a confirmation letter. The door code is sent via email, two days before your arrival. The condo door has a deadbolt keypad lock. It is convenient since you do not need to carry a key for the unit door.

We follow stringent cleaning practices; we’ll be sanitizing the homes using disinfectants, disinfecting products once more on all high-touch hard surfaces on their way out. We have also left cleaning supplies for your use.

Our complex is located across from Loon Mountain in the center of town and a short walk to several restaurants and pubs. It is a great location and is only a mile to the lifts at Loon. The river is located across the street from out complex.

Our family friendly condos are located on the second floor and offer all the comforts of home. The master suite in this unit has a king bed with pillow top mattress while the large second bedroom has 2 queen beds with pillow top mattresses. We have provided a pack and play to make it easier for guests travelling with infants and toddlers.

Enjoy mountain views while relaxing on our our large balcony. Unwind in our cozy living room in front of the fireplace while watching a movie on our 50" LED television or playing a board game. There is access to streaming services by using your own accounts. Our condos are equipped with hi speed broadband wireless internet service.

Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, health club with free weight, circuit training machines, cardio machines and a racquetball court. These amenites are at the Nordic Inn and there is no additional fee,

Our well appointed full kitchen will fulfill all your cooking needs. This unit has a granite top dining room table with seating for six. We have also supplied an electric George Foreman barbecue on the deck for each unit. Gas and charcoal grills are prohibited due to the town fire code. If you are not in the mood to cook, our condos are located a short walk to area restaurants.

There are three flat panel LED televisions with Cable TV.
The unit is a non smoking condo and no pets are allowed.

The unit has a large air conditioner in the living room and there are ceiling fans in each bedroom. The unit is on the shady side of the building so air conditioning is rarely needed.

There is also NO resort fee.

The Nordic Inn Board of Directors has decided that effective immediately, if you cause the building alarm to activate for a non-emergency, such as ventilating your unit due to burnt cooking, the unit owner will be assessed a $500 fee. This fee will be passed onto the guest if they or their guests are responsible for the fire alarm going off. The fire department responds if the alarm goes off and the entire building must be evacuated.

Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM.
