This was our first time staying here, and we will definitely stay here again when our travels next bring us to NH! Hotel was built in 2023. It is clean, rooms are spacious, and breakfast was excellent. Staff is very friendly, and everything during out stay went smoothly. Highly recommend!

the room was very comfortable and only had a few issues. 1. Toilet seat was loose 2. The shower drips off the curtain on bath floor and around commode every time a shower is taken, so floor is wet all the long time. 3. No alarm clock 4. Only 3 towels for 2 people and housekeeping only comes every other day. We stayed 4 days,and had to go to front desk at 5:00pm to tell them housekeeping did not arrive. We used most of our towels on the wet floor. Handicap shower. Had to get pool towels too. 5. The breakfast buffet was excellent. 6. the front desk people were very friendly. 7. the bed was very comfortable

The hotel was pretty standard -- clean and nice overall. The one thing I didn't like was that I could hear the person in the room next door snoring, which made it difficult to sleep.

Housekeeping is everyother day. You only get 3 towels so had to ask for more towels every other day. Amenities(hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap) were supposed to be refilled by housekeeping. We had to ask for more hand soap 2nd day along with more towels. Soap was not refilled. Last day, had a very long day. Had to ask for more towels and shampoo. Never got them. Left the next day.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was quite good. Even though it was very busy, the staff kept everything clean and well stocked. Stayed here for a wedding at Owl’s Nest. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.*

It’s a nice property and great location in the white mountains. But google the smell of the town before you book so you are informed. We only needed to stay one night so it was fine but apparently there’s a problem with the treatment facility and the smell was so bad you could smell it though the ventilation system by the bathroom inside the room. I feel bad because that’s out of their control and otherwise the hotel is very nice
