Everything seems to be greater than I thought. The lady who works in the front is really nice and helpful. If next time I come back to Lincoln, I definitely stay at your place again.

They require a deposit even though you will not order anything. Then place a hold on those funds for three to five days.

We do have it posted on Travelocity's website under polices and important information and it is also on our website. The deposit is for incidentals and prevent our guests from damaging or smoking in our rooms. I do apologize if your one of our good neighbors but unfournately it just takes one bad neighbor to ruin it for everyone. Pretty basic but what we expected from Motel 6. Room was clean and neat, overall it was quiet for a holiday weekend and they accepted pets. No frills (ie breakfast, toiletry amenities) but served the purpose.
