First room they gave me wasn’t made up. Bedding piled on floor & door was standing adjar. 2nd room they gave me had blanket placed on bed very haphazard, sheets underneath were rumpled, dirt between sheets. At this point I’m over it and it’s midnight so I sleep between the top sheet & the blanket & remove the pillow case. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. In the morning I realize that there’s no soap, hair in the sink, & the toilet doesn’t flush. I stripped the bed hoping it would be made that day. When I got back that night I had to hunt down some clean sheets & make the bed. At least the toilet flushed.

SOUNDS LIKE YOUR A VERY NICE PERSON HAVE A NICE DAY

Disgusting

Pros: Nothing, in the rooms it was run down looking.
Cons: Call an exterminator, fix broken windows before you let guest stay in them.
Checked in but did not go to the room as we had an appointment to get to, then to eat supper, came back a few hours later, went to the room and as soon as we opened the door a foul musty smell, looked out the window and noticed the outer window was broken and glass on inside window sill but bed was made and looked okay, decided to reheat some food in the microwave and sat down to eat it, that was when we saw them, 2 roaches crawling from under the microwave, then noticed a larger one crawling across the wall behind the microwave, went to the front desk (a different clerk from when checked in) and ask for a refund the we were leaving, clerk seemed to not believe us but looked up our information and said since it was booked online he could not give us a refund, he offered another room but we just wanted out of there, it was after midnight and he said options of getting another motel on short notice were unlikely, so we went ahead an took the offer of another room as long as it was FAR away from the other one but still felt at least a partial refund was not asking too much for the condition of the first room, desk clerk said the manager would have to decide that tomorrow, the time he gave we would already be gone. The new room at least smelled clean, but we did not get much sleep since kept looking for bugs to start running around. long story short, heard nothing from anyone and so far no refund. Will never come near Luxury Inn&Suites Lincoln, Nebraska again!

Challenging.

Pros: Price.
Cons: Details re breakfast, coffee pot (and coffee) in room, better information on reservations and what was expected.
Location: Just traveling through - nice to see fireworks on night of July 3 though.
The hotel clerk couldn't find my reservation, I had to show my cellphone email to get a room and then I had to show that the stay had already been purchased as well. In order to have a room in standard cooling I had to figure out how to use the plug in item connected to the air conditioner - and turn it on/off before even trying. Otherwise the room was at 88 degrees. The towels were ba re, I was told nothing about the breakfast - didn't know what time it was - or provided any information further. No coffee maker or coffee. Confusing. Price was right. Difficult to find and I got lost getting into the parking lot - ended up driving downtown because hotel was next to freeway entrance.

this place is a dump

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything .....it should be torn down
Location: we found a better place nearby
we were charged $59.00 as we could not stomach the terrible stink. loose doors and dirty room and shower they would not return our money so I am asking for you to return my room deposit now

Okay for the money

Pros: Close enough to town and airport.
Cons: The breakfast was not worth eating. We bought breakfast nearby, due to lack of almost anything at the hotel.
Location: Capital city and you can go to the top of it.
This hotel was nothing to write home to Mama about. It was okay for the money. The worst part was their FREE breakfast. It consisted of waffles and bread, both of which could be toasted. There was syrup to put on the waffle.

Worse hotel I ever stayed at!!!!

The room was very dirty, sheets were very dirty when we pulled bending back. After telling the desk this they gave us the sheets to change so we did but they were the wrong size and after we told them that they were wrong they said they didn't have the right ones so we did the best for the night. The next morning we told to office all the problems and they said they would fix it. We got back that evening and the bedding was not fixed or any of the cleaning was done were well there was a small blood spot in the bath that they still bib not clean so the gave us that wright sheets for us to change ourself. I just got tired of them not doing there jobs and gave up.

BEWARE OF THE NON LUXURY HOTEL

Cons: TORN DOWN
Location: LOTS OF OTHER HOTELS CLOSE BY IN EXCELLENT SHAPE.
THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE ASSIGNED WAS FILTHY, TORN FURNITURE AND MOLDY SHOWER CURTAIN, STAINED FLOOR. SMELLED SMOKY BUT WAS NON SMOKING. WE REQUESTED A DIFFERENT ROOM, WHICH WAS IN SIMILAR STATE. AWFUL. WE LEFT AND STAYED IN A DELIGHTFUL ROOM JUST A BLOCK FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. WE DIDN'T CARE THAT THIS WAS NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATION.
