Property was rundown, furnished with what looked to be estate sale furniture in the common areas, and bathroom fixtures were old and dated. A/C was old and loud, did not work well. Internet was slow and unreliable, and there was no security option. The clientele were seedy.

Took awhile for staff to respond when we arrived & were waiting to check-in. There was not a single other guest in the lot, so it was not too busy. Coffee was available in the lobby, which was the only "positive." The floor of our entire room was sticky -- shoes stuck with every step and that was just the entry and area by the sink & vanity. There were three puddles of syrup (??) between the entry and the desk and a spot of candy/gum to avoid in the carpet. There was dark hair on the wall and shower curtain in the bathroom. There was no water in the toilet bowl, and we needed to depress the grey fill button inside the tank for each flush, because it did not refill, ever. Muffins at breakfast were ok. A guest was mixing and pouring pancake batter all over the counder and waffle iron, and it was dripping on the floor, so we avoided that option altogether. No staff to service the breakfast area while we were there. Nor was anyone available to speak to, at check-out. Poor experience. We will not return or recommend this property.

Do not stay here!

Did not clean my room over two night stay. Room floor was sticky and bathroom was horribly dirty. Asked for a new room. While waiting for service at front desk so I could get towels, two cockroaches ran over the main chair at the front desk. Generally, place looked ridden hard and put away wet. Chairs in breakfast area were beat up and did not look particularly clean either.

The front desk person was very accommodating with our reservation through Expedia even we made an error due to the time zone change. Will definitely be staying again due to their kindness and dog accommodations.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness especially the terrible smell of the room. Signs say no smoking but room smelled like smoke covered up by air freshener. The smell must be in the carpet and the walls of the building. I’m guessing at some point smoking was allowed.

Hotel it average, has a strange smell. Pillows are very small and flat but beds are comfy. They could do a better job of cleaning like behind the doors in bathroom and under sink, we found some small items that could have been swept up better. The shower head could maybe use an upgrade too, it shoots out water at a high rate and almost hurts to shower in it. Overall its ok for a mid to low level price of a hotel.

They required a $50 "deposit" that they said would be released in 2 days if you didn't make too much of a mess, weren't too loud and were nice to staff... its not like it was an incidentals hold... but another fee.
