Poor customer service

The room was nice and clean, our bathroom roor would not shut and lock, our mail door was hard to open. I asked the front desk lady (did not catch her name) for some extra towels the morning of check out. (I had the 3pm check out) she stated; "why do you need more towels when you're checking out today?) I just asked one more time and walked away and found a housekeeper. Front lady's attitude was very unprofessional. We stay here all the time and I will not be returning to this hotel.

The stay was fine. I booked through Expedia. I noticed when I checked out, the card I had to put down for incidentals was charged for a full night's stay. I had already paid through the 3rd party so imagine my confusion. I've called a few times to try and get the 2nd charge refunded. They tell me they see what happened and that it has been assigned to a manager to fix it and I'll be called. It has been almost a month since my stay and no manager has called me.

Staff not friendly. Parking lot had potholes the size of small craters. Lots of road noise in our room. Price was high given the condos the hotel and parking lot.

Upon entering there were homeless outside of the building, upon checking in we saw a naked man in the hallway, then when we got to the room there was a terrible smell, pubic hairs all over the bathroom, and broken shelving sitting in the corner. I have photos and would like a refund.
