This is a small and cozy studio/efficiency apartment, with many updates, off-street assigned parking, laundry facility on-site, and a private entrance. This unit is perfect for a guest or couple just passing through, visiting someone nearby, or needing a place while working in the area. Work or pleasure, you will be comfy in this little unit. Located 1/4 mile from I-75, four miles to Lima, across from a neighborhood restaurant, and close to quaint Cridersville.
This is an older complex. It is not a five-star resort and Wi-Fi can get finicky during peak hours, but it is clean, cozy, and safe.

Decent place to stay
I loved the town very much, but the place is decent. I rented out 2 apartments (1.5 week at a time), both smelled, one had mildew behind the toilet, the bathroom floor pan was cracked, and the legroom for the toilet to the wall is horrible. At one of the apartments, bees were coming out of the paneling, one stung me. I contacted the owner who said they were going to send someone over, nobody came to spray them. They came into the room towards the end of the stay. On the plus side, the room was clean.

Not well maintained. Circuit trips if watching tv and using microwave simultaneoudly. Had to contact host as dirty used towels & bedding left behind and counters and tables were sticky and icky.

great little stop over
I needed a place to crash while working some travel shifts at a local hospital. This place was perfect. Clean and quiet, providing me the ability to cook for myself and not have to eat out.
