The room was hot as sin, had a fan and aircon never worked. Spring bed, old linen & Towels, water brown, took 10 min to heat up, no pressure. Breakfast on first morning terrible. this was fine for a short stay at a budget rate. the location is safe and quiet and the place is clean, but there were no Covid protections in place. The studios have no phone to reception, toiletries and water are not replaced, and staff not particularly attentive. Not a single staff wore a mask except on request.

A Japanese traveler who stayed here

This hotel is very comfortable. The staffs are very kind. You can ask questions you have on your trip. Especially, Mr. Aditya, front office manager, told me how to go to other cities. In addition, I was very peased with meals in this hotel's restaurant. You can eat not only local foods but also Indian and Chinese ones. I can reccomend this hotel with confidence.

Staff didn't really understand English. Breakfast was rubbish No WLAN Powershortcut led to a roaring generator at night. Light in my room went on and couldn't be shut down. No switch for it my room. It was bright like daylight. The aircon was absolutely not bearable. Loud and not properly working. This hotel won't see me again!!!
