Great location within easy walking distance of Eurostar trains and a hop across the road if you want to get other trains, eg Ghent. Staff were really helpful .. left our bags with reception as arrived early and when we came back they had been moved to our rooms! Very friendly staff. Lovely hotel in a great location close to Metro, Bus and Eurostar connections. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was excellent quality (free for kids). I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Lille.

Nice clean room which faced the train station. A bit noisy due to the activity at the station. Excellent location. Close to the old city and many restaurants. Excellent breakfast! The only complaint we had was a slight urine smell behind the toilet.

Breakfast was excellent, with pride in offering local cheese and meats (with a list of their local farms they source).
