The house had everything we wanted, with just a couple of problems. We were there in cold weather, and the larger bedroom on the ground floor was quite chilly when the rest of the house was warm. Also, the stove's electric burners were a little wonky; the large front burner was tilted and didn't heat all around.

Great Spot
This house was super clean and perfectly appointed for our stay. Jim was a great host and very responsive with any question we had. The house is located in a cute neighborhood near every restaurant and shop you could need. It’s also close to downtown and has easy access to other areas of the city. We will definitely stay here again.

An "in-town" stay
We live in Lexington and we are having renovations done on our home. We had to move out for 4 days and 3 nights. We have two teens and this house was a perfect location! This house is spacious and gave each of us our own rooms. The property is very clean, the beds are comfy and there is a small fenced yard that was perfect for letting our small dog out. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises and certainly refer to friends and family out of town. Jim was very kind and worked with us on a flexible check in and check out time given our needs! Definitely a wonderful home and I highly recommend!

Excellent Stay
We really enjoyed our trip to Lexington and our stay at this property. The photos were accurate. If anything, they did the property a disservice, as all the room felt much bigger than the pictures would suggest. There were three of us and it was nice that we all had a bedroom and bathroom of our own when we needed privacy. All the appliances we used worked just fine. We did a little cooking and had all the pans and utensils that we needed. Nice cookware, plenty of cups and such. There was a toaster, a hand mixer, a regular coffee pot AND a Keurig. I think I saw two crock pots, which I did not use. The location of the property was great. It was very quiet. I felt very safe. I had no problems with traffic and easy access to main roads. I think every time we entered in a location we wanted to go to, the GPS said 15-20 minutes away. The owner was very easy to work with. I had a couple questions and he was always quick to respond. He was very clear on the instructions to get into the home and very clear on the few things we wanted us to do before leaving. I very much appreciated his allowing us to use the garage. The weather was cold and wet during our trip and having access to the garage was so nice - I have rented some places where the garage was not available and it makes a difference. I would definitely recommend this place and if I am ever in Lexington again, I would definitely check to see if it were available.
