Overall this was a great house & location for our touring purposes. The beds & pillows were good & the house was fairly well stocked with necessities. The bathroom upstairs was not up to par with the other two but the couple who got that bed & bath made it work. There was no Netflix or other streaming network available but the tv worked fine & was decent size. The kitchen was again fairly well supplied & stores & restaurants were conveniently nearby. All in all we enjoyed our stay & would recommend this property.

Great location near groceries and restaurants. Amazing backyard for the dogs to run around. This home is comfortable for the 6 people we had staying there. The neighbourhood is quiet and an easy drive into any campus events.

We enjoy the house, deck in nice weather and the well equipped kitchen.It is in a great location, handy to lots of great restaurants especially Carson’s and Malones.The host’s instructions were detailed and check in instructions clear.We have returned to this house many times while visiting Lexington.

We stayed at the house for 5 nights for purposes of visiting horse farms and the racetrack. Location was perfect. Short drives to lots of restaurants and even some within walking distance. House was clean and comfortable and having one bedroom upstairs provided extra privacy. Jim was very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay.

This home was everything we expected! The host was very easy to communicate with when needed.The parking was fine for us this trip, but it might be a good idea to include the amount of parking space available with all listings, as at other times we have had up to three crew cab dually pickup trucks to accommodate. We were able to use the garage of this lovely home for one vehicle, but the large trucks would not have fit in it. Our one crew cab half ton pickup barely fit in the driveway, it blocked a bit of the sidewalk. Not complaining at all, just an observation.

We had a great stay here. The house was clean and spacious. Being able to use the garage was very convenient. The fenced in backyard is a bonus for pet owners. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Jim our host was prompt and cordial. Everything was perfect!!

Kitchen was well supplied, dishes, flatware and most any type of pots, pans and cooking utensils one might need. The table expanded to seat eight, living area was comfortable. So nice to have Christmas with all our family. Pet friendly is a plus, back yard is fenced. Three bedrooms all had their own bathroom. Very nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful time. The property was very clean. Mr. Ford had everything you would need at his property. He was kind and very efficient when I called to ask about something.
