The hotel is excellent, we got a free upgrade to a penthouse suite which was incredible. Spotless clean, nice new rooms. Only downside was lots of homeless people nearby and the area is a bit dirty but it’s right in the centre so you will get that wherever you stay. My advice if you are about at night time would be to get an uber and not walk (again general advice for this area not specifically the hotel)

A great place to stay when visiting Wellington. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The apartment has secure parking facilities and is furnished to a very high standard with everything you would require for a short stay.

This is a great place. Staff were friendly and property was spotlessly clean. The biggest downside was the townhouse we stayed in did not have air conditioning installed yet and it was very very hot. Would have been five stars otherwise

Location was great! The room was a bit run down. Tap in the kitchen was loose, the light shade was missing from the bathroom mirror light and there was mould in the shower.

There was an issue with the payment and they wanted to charge me again. My receipt and credit card show already paid. Still to be sorted however the reception staff were so helpful and also called manager have worked with me to try and sort. Still not sorted but cannot fault their efforts and friendliness. First time ever had an issue with hotels.com so expect a happy resolution and not worried in the slightest.Hence still a 10 out of 10
