The house was excellent. However there was no running water when we moved in. This was a Scottish Water fault however it would have been good to have been advised in advance.

Perfect family holiday

Versatile accommodation perfect for family with dogs. Close to the beach, deli & bakery and easy walk to the golf course. The small problem we had was sorted immediately - fabulous service. We’ve been holidaying in Elie for years & this was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in, would definitely recommend the house & booking with Short Stay St Andrews. My only comment is some of the automated communication while effective & efficient could be worded in a more friendly, less harsh manner. I notice this as customer communication / marketing is what I do for a living ️.
