There is a boot room and toilet just off the kitchen. This leads out into an enclosed courtyard and then through the gate up to a decked terrace with table and seating. A generous sized shed is available for storing bicycles (with electricity for charging of e-bikes) and hooks for storing sports equipment. Parking for three cars is to the rear of the garden.
Stairs from the living area to the first-floor landing leads to the family bathroom and three bedrooms. The master at the back has an en-suite shower and sink. Kilconquhar and Elie, nestled in the picturesque East Neuk of Fife, offer a delightful blend of culinary and recreational experiences.

Lovely property in a quiet area but near to Elie and coast a long woth St Andrews. Inside the home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The only let down was the apprqrance of the adjoining property. External stairs to back door are steep however hand rail assists along with pir light when its dark. Would definitely stay again.
