Die Lage im 3.Stock mit Wendeltreppe und direkter Meersicht ist super. Die Einrichtung ist mehrheitlich gut.Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, man kann die feinen Sachen vom Markt zubereiten. Privater Parkplatz.Zu Fuss in 5 Minuten im Dorf (Concierge) und 3 Minuten ĂŒber den feinen Sand zum Strand.Die gesamte BettwĂ€sche war sehr billig, alles Kunstfasern. Sehr unangenehm war der schimmelige Geruch!Das eine Bett war wie eine HĂ€ngematte. Die anderen zwei Einzelbetten waren besser, aber ohne BettwĂ€sche. Die StĂŒhle und der Balkontisch sind nicht tauglich, die Leimfugen lösen sich, mehrere Latten sind gebrochen.Der Sonnenstoren lĂ€sst sich ohne Kurbel nicht bedienen, der Sonnenschirm StĂ€nder aus weichem Plastik ist unbrauchbar, bei sehr leichtem Wind fĂ€llt der Schirm um!Im September mit zwei schönen sonnigen Wochen, immer leicht windig, ging das gut. Der Balkon hat Morgensonne, am Nachmittag vom Haus teilweise beschattet.Wenn‘s regnet, ist das LĂŒften der heissen Wohnung sehr schwierig, kein Vordach, keine Kippfenster. Ein Schlafplatz auf der Galerie ist sehr eng und ohne Fenster. Das andere Zimmer gegen den nachts sehr! hell beleuchteten Parkplatz hat ein Schiebefenster.Fazit:Ich wĂŒrde die Wohnung wieder nehmen. Aber mit eigener WĂ€sche! Die Lage und die Umgebung, mit Velo noch besser. Ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen.FrĂŒhling/ Herbst sehr gutes Preis/ Leistungsangebot.

Emplacement idéal face à la mer

Belle situation de l’appartement avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et un accĂšs direct Ă  la mer. TrĂšs bon accueil des personnes de la conciergerie. Appartement propre, au dĂ©cor soignĂ©. Environnement calme, nous avons passĂ© une agrĂ©able semaine dĂ©tente mer et soleil. Nous recommandons vivement.

Superbe vue directe sur mer

Un logement trĂšs agreable. Tout est bien pensĂ©e et au goĂ»t du jour. Un acceuil chaleureux grĂące Ă  CĂ©cile et au propriĂ©taire trĂšs disponible pour nous faciliter notre sĂ©jour. Les enfants ont Ă©tĂ© ravis d'ĂȘtre aussi proche de la mer et de pouvoir prendre les repas face Ă  la mer. Nous pouvons aller au port Ă  pied prendre nos glaces ou aller aux restaurants. Logement Ă  conseiller.
