Bright, spacious, clean, executive. 2 bedroom 2 bath. Up to 6 guests. West side of Lethbridge near university. 2 min drive to YMCA, numerous restaurants and grocery store. Spacious and clean. Deck off living room. Free parking for2 vehicles.

High end kitchen fully stocked. Laundry. Primary bedroom w/ king size bed and large ensuite, walk in closet. 2nd bedroom w/ queen size bed. Living room - queen size sofa bed.

Excellent for visiting your U of L students. There are no hotels on the west side of Lethbridge.

You can use the entire upper floor completely separate legal suite, the two parking pads and the garden on the side of the house, as well as the deck off of the living room. Separate a/c and heating. Your own washer and dryer.

This place is perfect for those attending sporting events, dance competitions, weddings and special events.

The home was even nicer in person and also had a lovely garden leading into the house.The air conditioning was much appreciated with the hot temperatures in Lethbridge during our visit. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Lethbridge Trip

Excellent place to stay. Hosts were efficient at providing necessary information to make us feel at home and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, the house was very clean, and it was very close to the YMCA (an amazing facility).

Awesome host and property. This place is very clean, modern and new. It has all the amenities we needed for our family to enoy our stay. It is walking distance to a great playground as well as the new YMCA which was a big hit with our kids. Would definitely stay here again.
