Facing the sea, 3rd floor with elevator, this 3-star apartment, type 3 of approximately 70m², ideal for holidays, includes an entrance, a living room with balcony and two bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped: gas stove, dishwasher, microwave. In the hallway, cupboards and a wardrobe will allow you to store all your luggage. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a washing machine, a dryer; the toilet with washbasin is separate. In the first bedroom you will find a double bed 160x190 with a small bathroom (shower + sink). The second bedroom has a bunk bed 2x90*190 and a double bed 140x190.
