Ideally located at the foot of the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne, a few steps from the entertainment and restaurants in the surrounding area.



This flat, on the first floor without a lift, is bright and spacious. Ideal for a stay of up to 6 people.



You have a pleasant living room with a magnificent view of the Bay of Sables d'Olonne, a large table for lunch, a lounge area with TV, WiFi and Bluetooth speaker provided.



From a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary comfort for a successful stay: oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee machine, induction hobs etc.

Adjoining utility room with household equipment and washing machine.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Die Fotos des Objekts entsprechen nicht der Realität. Sie vermitteln eine helle und freundliche Atmosphäre in der gesamten Wohnung. Aber das Appartement und die Einrichtung stammen aus den sechziger und siebziger Jahren (Ausnahme Küchenmöbel aus den neunziger Jahren), und es wurde seitdem nicht mehr renoviert (insbesondere das Bad/schmutziger Duschvorhang). Die Wohnung insgesamt ist ein langer Schlauch und mit einem Schlafzimmer, dass ein Durchgangszimmer zum zweiten Schlafzimmer ist. Dort darf das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, obwohl sich in dem Raum noch eine Mini-Toilette befindet. Die Terrasse im Innenhof ist nicht benutzbar, da total verdreckt und viel Gerümpel herumsteht. Das Schlimmste aber ist, dass es in den Betten, Handtüchern, Schränken und Möbeln im kleinen Wohnzimmer extrem unangenehm riecht. All diese Gründe haben dazu geführt, dass wir einen Tag früher als gebucht abgereist sind. Schade!
