Appartement très propre et agréable pour 4 personnes, grande terrasse, plus un box pour la voiture, le tout dans une très belle résidence. Très bon accueil par Corinne. A 10 minutes à pieds du port de plaisance Olona et 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville, de la grande plage et du port de pêche. le tout pour un budget raisonnable. Je conseille vivement.

La résidence est propre, l'appartement bien agencé et bien fourni en ustensiles de cuisine avec une grande terrasse.
Seuls petits bémols, l'accès dans le box du garage pas possible si voiture familiale, manœuvre très compliquées dans un espace très réduit alors pour septembre pas de problème il y a de la place dans la rue, en revanche l'été ce doit être plus compliqué et deuxième chose être plus vigilant sur la propreté des poêles et autres ustensiles de cuisine.
Pour le reste rien a dire vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

bel appartement bien equipé près du centre ville à pied et de la grande plage
Nous avons apprécié les volumes de cet appartement bien distribué,
les équipements ménagers bien adaptés au quotidien,
La salle de bain avec baignoire et douche,
la situation très près du centre ville à pied avec tous les commerces,
et de la grande plage,
l'emplacement dans un garage au sous-sol d'un boxe fermé pour la voiture, bien appréciable car difficile de se garer aux Sables-d'Olonne.
Nous n'avons pas pu profiter d'une terrasse sur toute la longueur de l'appartement très vaste et spacieuse, car souvent ventée, dans la période que nous avions choisie.
Nous avons moyennement apprécié le canapé, difficile de s'y asseoir sans glisser.
Mais nous reviendrons car la situation de l'appartement dans la ville est idéale pour y séjourner.

Magnifique appartement - idéalement situé
Nous avons vécu un séjour inoubliable aux Sables d'Olonne. L'appartement est agréablement meublé, disposant de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour réussi ! Il s'agit d'un appartement de Ville et non de Plage, bien situé proche du Centre-Ville des Sables d'Olonne. Convient aussi bien pour un ou deux couples que pour une famille (par exemple avec deux enfants adolescents). Accueil parfait, propreté des lieux assurée, rien à redire concernant les différentes formalités contractuelles. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location, correspondant en tous points à la description faite sur le site internet. Petit bémol cependant : si la Résidence comprend un parking intérieur sécurisé, les garages sont relativement étroits (suivant la dimension des voitures !) et peu pratiques pour les manoeuvres. Côté accueil dans la Ville, aussi bien auprès des commerçants que des restaurateurs, tout s'est bien déroulé en cette période de septembre. Nous avons très bien mangé au "César et Rosalie" et à "la Cuisine de Bertrand" vers le Port de Pêche. Côté "grandes plages", un peu déçu par la Brasserie l'Océane (pour le midi). M. et Mme Duval ont vraiment là un joli bien en location !
