Location les moutiers en retz
La décoration est datée demande un peu d’investissement afin de rendre les lieux agréables.Les stores véranda à revoir.Le terrain est super manque peut être de chaises longues . Par contre l’état des WC est lamentable (lunette et canalisations réparées avec du scotch ,il faut taper sur le réservoir pour qu’il se remplisse)devrait être rénové comme la salle d’eau,mais la VMC ne fonctionne pas dans la salle d’eau. Il manque vraiment peu de chose pour que vente location soit très bien

Beau terrain très proche de la mer
Maison agréable avec sa grande véranda très bien située à 10 mn de Pornic et 3 mn de la mer par un chemin. Le grand terrain arboré est très agréable,c’est un lieu très calme. Nous remercions les propriétaires d’accepter les chiens . La maison était propre ,la salle de bain neuve ,la literie de la deuxième chambre neuve et l’électroménager impeccable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette maison de famille .

Sehr schönes, etwas älteres Ferienhaus, mit schönem altem Baumbestand auf einem großen Grundstück. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Leider Bedarf der Sanitärbereich dringend einer Renovierung. Perfekt für Hund und Kind
