Pas de vue de l’océan depuis la maison. Plusieurs éléments mal fixés et instables : porte manteau, tablette de nuit, tablette du bar, échelle de lit, tiroir de commode. Vaisselle ébréchée (mug, verres). Literie très correcte, salles de bains spacieuses et propres, grand séjour / salon très agréable.

Gite décevant

Réunion de famille pour un anniv. pdt 7 jour. La Télé.ne fonctionnait pas, 3 couchages de très mauvaise qualité (certains invités ont écourté leur séjour ou loué une chambre d'hôte ), les 2 cafetières à changer (1 HS et l'autre entartrée mettait 3/4 h à faire le café). Bouilloire faux contact ainsi que le four. Installation dangereuse : (2 lits à étage dangereux (désolidarisé du mur ou échelle cassée) ; barrières branlantes + 1 chaise ; rideaux mal installés (une tringle est tombée pdt notre séjour) et trop courts en mezzanine. Fils dénudés. Certains "oreillers" devraient être changés. Amenez les votres ! Sol douche à revoir + humidité.... Dommage car ce gite mal entretenu a du potentiel !!!!

Des points importants à améliorer

Voici l'avis que j'ai préparé. Des commentaires ? Nous sommes venus dans cette maison en août 2024. Nous étions un groupe de 4 familles/15 personnes pour deux semaines. La maison à du potentiel mais plusieurs choses ont gâché celui-ci. La première chose a retenir est que la maison de n'a pas vraiment les chambres escomptées. L'une d'elle est aveugle (sans fenêtre) et les deux mezzanines n'ont qu'une toute petite ouverture vers le salon ... Et un adulte ne peut pas se trouver debout dans celles-ci. Le deuxième point très embêtant est la qualité de la literie : oreillers inexistants (plus proche d'une serviette épaisse que d'un oreiller), sommier affaissé, matelas de très faible qualité. Finalement, les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été difficiles. Par exemple, quand le dimanche j'ai demandé à ce qu'ils trouvent une solution pour étendre notre linge (les étendoirs existants étant complètement cassés, ça arrive), la réponse a été cinglante "j'habite à 1h30."; j'ai du insister fortement pour qu'une solution soit trouvée au bout de quatre jours... Une fois ces défauts expliqués, nous avons cependant passé un excellent sejours. La maison est très agréable, la cuisine bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Il y a suffisamment d'eau chaude pour tout le monde. L'emplacement est très bien et le voisinage plutôt calme.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans cette maison très agréable, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Les échanges ont été fluides et l'accueil par Muriel s'est très bien passé : elle a été très arrangeante sur les horaires d'entree et de sortie. Nous y reviendrons sans problème. Petit conseil : Pensez à prendre un carnet de chèque pour la caution car ce n'est pas noté sur le site.

Superbe location

Maison superbe et bien équipée! Nous étions 14 puis 13 personnes dont 6 enfants. Prêt de matériel bébé. Localisation au top à 10 min max de la plage en voiture. Pleins d'activités à faire aux alentours. Propriétaire sympathique et à l'écoute. Pour un séjour de groupe je recommande sans hésiter. Merci pour cette semaine très agréable en famille!

Nous étions 14 , adultes,ados et enfants et nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison, bien équipée et proche de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments. Très confortable pour 4 familles

Agréable séjour passé entre amis (4 couples et 8 enfants), largement la place pour tout le monde avec du mobilier récent. 2 salles d'eau et 2 WC très appréciables, zone de vie très spacieuse pour accueillir notre tribu. L'espace extérieur entièrement clos est suffisamment grand pour y garer au moins 4 voitures. Un bel espace de jeu pour y pratiquer la pétanque, les puristes trouveront le terrain un peu réduit. A 5-10 min du zoo en voiture et à peine plus pour l'accès à la plage. Le temps fut aussi de la partie, nous permettant de déjeuner tous ensemble sur la terrasse. Top ! Merci aux propriétaires des lieux.
