Located 300 m from the shopping street and 400 m from the ESF and the slopes. On the raised ground floor of building E of the residence there is a laundromat and a bakery. Electric heating.

Comprising: Entrance hall - Equipped kitchen area (2 ceramic hobs and electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, storage cupboards with cookware) - Living/dining room equipped with a double sofa bed and a TV, access to the balcony with garden furniture and unobstructed views - Sleeping alcove enclosed by a blackout curtain equipped with two single bunk beds - Bathroom (bathtub, sink) - Separate toilet - Ski locker - Electric heating -
