Emplacement parfait mais sdb à rénover

L’emplacement de l’immeuble le riondet est parfait aux pieds du départ des cours ESF et à 30 sec du télébourg. L’appartement en demi étage est hyper accessible à pied ou à ski. La cuisine et surtout la salle de bain mériteraient d’être rénovées.
