Incredible location, just steps away from the mountain. There is a short walk to the furnicular, which will bring you to the bottom of the road. From there, it is a short walk to the ski lifts. Great communication with the host, and they were there to meet us to give us the keys and help us learn the layout of the apartment and the parking. Note that the parking space is pretty narrow (typical for Europe) so it may be hard to get your car in unless you have a smaller car.
