A few steps from Lake Léon, on a superb wooded and flowery park, this former independent workshop fitted out on the ground floor, with spacious living room / lounge open to the kitchen, storeroom, 5 bedrooms + 1 dormitory (4 beds 140, and 7 beds 90 including 4 bunk beds), 4 shower rooms, 3 toilets. Facilities: Washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, TV, freezer, wood stove, electric and central heating (heat pump), shared enclosed grounds. Baby equipment. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are provided, beds are made on arrival: this represents a saving of €180. Garden furniture, barbecue, covered terrace and pergola, courtyard. The maximum capacity of the cottage is 15 people: no additional person will be accepted.
