Property located in Mass. Early March it’s cold here. The heat did not work properly. The room was 63 degrees the whole night. , despite thermostat being set to 70. I’ll discuss with management when leaving. Aside from that, nice place. Lots of amenities, close to where I needed to be.

One night stay while visiting family. The rooms have a separate sitting area. Which is nice but only one TV that can only be turned toward the sitting area or the bed area. Not the worse thing but odd set up. Nice bedding. Clean. Windows open which I like a little fresh air. Somewhat dated rooms.couch was saggy. Free breakfast was fairly good but not great. Lots of microwave food. But free is free.

Great hotel

Very clean, comfortable hotel, the town Ayer is an old milling town with not much going on. So this is great place to stay.

Clean, modern, friendly, great breakfast

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
If you just need a room for the night, a place to sleep, this is over the top. However, if you are staying awhile, spending anytime in your room, this is the spot. And the rural setting makes for a restful less hurried feeling.
