85 m² cottage on the ground floor and upper floor, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sitting area, and two bedrooms. Heating is provided by a pellet boiler (underfloor heating on the ground floor). Towels are provided with the bed linen if you select this option. The cottage has private access and a 450 m² private garden. The decor and furnishings are refined and tastefully designed, with contemporary colors that complement the site's architecture. We also provide outdoor play equipment and some indoor toys for children.
The price includes: - All utilities (heating, electricity, gas, and water).
Please note that in case of excessive consumption, an additional charge may be charged, particularly for those charging their electric cars.
