We had a group of 10 in this house. A few problems: it was listed on VRBO and another local platform so I was getting communication from both. I did not get a check-in code and it took 20 minutes standing outside the property on the phone to get someone to talk to to solve that. The property was “clean”, but lots of cobwebs. The little outside patio was very dusty and full of debris, we swept it and then could use it. There was no soap in the bathrooms. The dining area in the sunroom also had lots of webs and the windows needed washing. The windows in rooms were tricky to open and there were no instructions on that. One of the beds had missing/displaced supports underneath.,,,we were able to replace them. There are 3 bathrooms but in one we couldn’t get the shower temp low enough to use (too hot!) and the handle fell off. There were no paper towels or substitute. I've come to understand that some things are standard in UK rentals: no facecloths, no hairdryer, no fans. The cleaners came to the door at 7:15am the day we were leaving to drop off the equipment for their work and knocked on the door awakening us. It’s hard to find housing for a group of 10 and it did house us all, but was disappointing.
