Nice and cosy room. Both room and bathroom were clean. Little chocolates and a welcome note on the bed was a nice touch. Check in was easy really friendly guy welcoming us in. The pub is lovely too and all staff were polite and treated us well. Food was good and plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Nice overnight stay at the Castle, nice location, large comfortable room. Stayed in room two, the sound traveled from the room above us, the occupants came in at 4am so wasn’t great, however not much the hotel could do.

Was pleasantly surprised, more boutique hotel rather than a pub with rooms. Rooms were excellent with decent bathrooms. Staff were good and food drinks in the lovely “pub” were excellent. Would definitely stay again

A lovely place to stay, plenty of parking, great outdoor area, lovely clean rooms, excellent friendly staff. The food choice and quality was tremendous. I will be staying here next time im working in the area
