4/10 Poor

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
No hot water, lift didn't work, room old and dim, sheets and towels thin and worn, pillows misshapen. Wifi did not appear to work as network didn't appear on device, but to be fair I did not bother asking the staff because I was resigned to the state of affairs by then. I know it was a cheap room but even so it should have been better. On the positive side, the staff were polite and as helpful as they could be.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Had no water for a full day, no aircon for 48hrs, then no internet for 8 days. Room wasn't cleaned for 6 days straight. Drains in shower blocked, no toilet paper supplied for 5 days. No response from hotel on refund to allow moving to a new hotel. Went past hotel 3 times, its not called Premium O collection, it's just the OYO. Smelt like cigarettes. No lift, walked several flights of stairs in the dark.
