On one level and fully air-conditioned, it consists of a living room with equipped kitchen opening onto a pleasant terrace with a view of the swimming pool, fitted with garden furniture, plancha, WEBER charcoal barbecue, deckchairs, all on a large enclosed and green garden of 1,200 m², ideal for a peaceful stay.

On the night side, the four bedrooms will offer you a well-deserved rest after a day at the beach or on a walk. The master suite has two 80 cm beds that can be converted into a 160 cm bed, with its own shower room and toilet.
Two bedrooms are equipped as follows: one with a 160 cm bed and two 90 cm bunk beds, the other with a 160 cm bed. Finally, the last bedroom has a 140 cm bed. You will also have an additional shower room and a separate toilet.

The terrace overlooks the salt-heated and secure swimming pool, offering you the opportunity to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.

You can easily park several vehicles inside the property.
