The only reason not giving an excellent rating is we had to switch rooms due to a leaky air conditioner that caused the carpet to get very wet. However, they switched our room as quickly as they could get another cleaned. Have to say the head house keeper went out of her way to communicate with us and get us moved asap.

The hotel room was musty smelling. There was a dehumidifier in the room which wasn't helping. The rug was wet by the AC unit. The AC unit was making loud noises. I would not book this hotel as it needs to be upgraded.

The staff were nice and the price for the room was great. I am not sure why but our room was extremely humid to the point where the carpet and beds felt wet. The shower curtain was too short so water got everywhere when showering. When we asked for a dehumidifier they brought one to us. Recommend that they fix the humidity issue because it was quite significant.
