Located in a quiet location surrounded by scrub but close to the city center with all its summer entertainment

The house is located between the beaches of Cala Rossa and St Cyprien at about 500m
Close to the most beautiful beaches of Palombaggia Island, Santa Giulia ... and close to the mountain with its Bavella needles, its via ferrata, its swimming in the rivers and its countless hiking trails
 
Of approximately 100 m2 it consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a veranda, a shower room, and a very large covered wooden terrace and a garden of around 800 M²

Obwohl der Vermieter bei Außentemperaturen 33 C davon wusste, dass die Klimaanlage defekt ist ( im Haus waren konstant 28C), informierte er uns nicht. Erst nach langer Diskussion wurde eine Preisreduktion gewährt. Check-in unkomfortabel. Vermieter überwacht, ob wohl nicht mehr als angemeldete Personen einziehen per WhatsApp Videocall, da er den Schlüssel Code ansonsten nicht rausrückt. Bäder schmuddelig, Küche voll mit Privatzeug und Essensresten des Vermieters. Schränke voll gestopft mit Sachides Vermieters, Veranda ziemlich runtergekommen, viele Mücken ohne Mückengitter an den Fenstern, direkt an der Straße gelegen, daher rund um die Uhr Auto- und Baulärm. Haus ist insgesamt schmutzig und schlecht gereinigt. Türklinken fallen ab, usw.

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war gut. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Im Umgreis von 30 km tolle Strände + Berge. Für kombinierten Wander und Strandurlaub optimal.

Nos vacances de Toussaint

2semaines de vacances très agréables dans cette villa. Malgré une météo pluvieuse et venteuse nous avons bien profité des extérieurs grâce au patio. Un atout considérable qui doit être au top aussi en été. La maison est joliment agencée, décoration reposante, et complète en équipement. Je recommande.. et je pense en toutes saisons.

Très belle maison

Très bon accueil. La maison est facile d'accès. La literie est très bien, le séjour la clim...cest vraiment agreable et au calme. Très lumineux grâce à une véranda. Il faut savoir cependant que la plage n' est pas à 500m comme dit dans la description mais plutôt à plus d'1 km voire 1 km 5 pour st Cyprien , ça ne se fait pas à pied. L' huisserie de la véranda mériterait une rénovation car elle ne ferme plus.

.. A la hauteur de l'attente, bien équipé, ce logement mériterait un meilleur entretien, par exemple au niveau des châssis (porte fenêtre très difficile à ouvrir) ou de la salle d'eau (robinet, fuite siphon). Trop éloigné de la plage à mon goût : environ 1,5km, nécessite une voiture pour tout.
